Craig Granet received his Bachelor of Arts degree with distinction and honors from Stanford University in 1973 and his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree cum laude from Harvard University in 1976. He has been practicing law since then, focusing on complex civil litigation, including property disputes, land-use challenges, environmental contamination, breach of contract, wrongful termination, telecommunications, and intellectual property. Craig is admitted to practice before the California state courts, and the United States District Court for Central and Northern California.

Craig has been active in the Santa Barbara community, serving on the boards of the Santa Barbara County Bar Association, the Barristers Club of Santa Barbara, Page Youth Center, Santa Barbara Jewish Federation, Santa Barbara Flash girls basketball, and as a national Y Guide for the Montecito YMCA.
